Does Governors Grant promote curb appeal throughout the neighborhood?

YES! YES! YES! Curb appeal is what has brought many residents to the neighborhood to make a major investment in a home in Lexington.

Most neighbors go above and beyond in landscaping their yards, keeping toys and other items out of view from the street. Your front yard, driveway, and exterior of the home make a statement to those looking to buy or sell in GG. Residents are encouraged to keep grass edged, mowed, & maintained, flower beds weed free & beautiful, trash & recycle cans out of sight, and toys put away.

Where may I get a Key Fob for Governors Grant pool and tennis courts?

Key FOBs are available by contacting Angela Adleman.

Each family is allowed 2 Key FOBs, but additional FOBs may be purchased for $15 each. To make arrangements for FOBs, please email Angela.

Absolutely! It’s part of what makes Governors Grant a great neighborhood to live in.

We have neighborhood social events each year and hope you will join us. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and enjoy a good time in GG. An Easter Egg hunt is held each spring in the neighborhood. In the summer, watch for a BBQ at the pool for residents to be advertised. A neighborhood yard sale is advertised twice a year for a Spring and Fall sales event. Santa arrives in December each year for a special visit with kids in Governors Grant at the Clubhouse. He makes a return visit for a Santa Paws trip for neighbor’s four legged friends, too.
